Cancellation Policy: 1 day before the arrival
Check in: 14:00 to 20:00 PM (PASSPORT, DNI)
Check out: 11:00 AM (luggage storage is available for customer only until 16:00 PM).
No 24-hour reception. opening time is from 08:00 AM to 20:00 PM
Method of Payment upon the arrival: Cash only!
Taxes are included.

valid, original, physical ID or Passport must be presented at the time of check-in. Foreign guests are required to present the document they used for entry into the country and/or an ID of their immigration status in Peru.

The management reserves the right to cancel the remainder of any booking with no refund if guests are found to be breaking house rules.

Shared Dorm: Each reservation is for an individual bed, although you book the same number of beds as the room has, this doesn’t guarantee that all people are going to be in the same room.

AGE POLICIES: young, wild and free? please remember one important detail: All guest must be 18 years or older to stay in a shared dormitory. if you are below 18 years of age. then you must be accompanied by a family member or a legal guardian (18 years or older) in a private room. we just want to make sure that you are safe and sound!

It´s forbidden to:

• Drink or eat inside the rooms.
• Bring hard liquor into the hostel.
• Smoke or use drugs in the Hostel.
• No pets
• Strictly prohibited to smoke inside the hostel INVITE OTHER PEOPLE (NON-CUSTOMERS)

• If you arrive before you can leave the luggage but the room will be at your disposal starting from 14:00

Facilities with extra charge:

• Towels (shared dorms) (5 soles)
• If you want to stay at huacachina for a night and the next day pick up your bag, luggage storage until 11:00 AM per bag (20 soles)
• If you have a night bus , for a day luggage storage, wifi, shower, terrace top, city maps until 20:00 PM per bag per person (20 soles)
• TAKE INTO CONSIDERATION during special periods like: New year, holidays in Perú, Easter day and independence day. 100% payment in advance is required. Please note guests must inform the property of their expected arrival time.
